The start of another Star Wars trilogy that will happen at some point after the occasions of Star Wars Hollywood Movies Episode VI. Return of the Jedi. Likely will keep tabs on another era of heroes and a more seasoned Luke Skywalker and Princess Leia Organa.

Disney has noted that George Lucas will serve as an expert getting up and go, and has as of recently counseled for "the first trilogy beginning in 2015." But "his plan is to resign."

Kathleen Kennedy, President of Lucasfilm, will serve as official maker on new Star Wars emphasize movies, with George Lucas serving as imaginative advisor. Additionally counseling on the task are Lawrence Kasdan and Simon Kinberg. Kasdan has a long history with Lucasfilm, as screenwriter on The Empire Strikes Back, Raiders of the Lost Ark and Return of the Jedi. Kinberg was essayist on Sherlock Holmes and Mr. what's more Mrs. Smith.
